Specksynder Last year, I flew nearly 3000 miles to an astrophysics conference to present the work I had done. It was amazing—the world was so much bigger, the sky so much higher, and I realized that my life will be so much better than I ever thought it could be. The trip was exhausting but every moment was worth it. On the flight back home, I listened to this album on repeat. Ever since, every time I listen to it I can't help but smile at how much I have to look forward to. The future… is bright! <3 Favorite track: Good Future.

Kade Kalka You, Me, and the Void is beautifully crafted. It's packed full of musical ideas and emotions. Despite being pretty long, it just flies by (in a good way). It grabs your attention and never lets go.

Kyle Granat A masterclass in compression and release, this album makes for an incredible journey. I love the emphasis that The Great Filter has on what comes after the filter- the transformation and the hope of something new. And all of this happens while keeping the samples and instrumentations that are vital to NPC. Only this album could make DDR so profound. Favorite track: Rain Temple.

Jessica Evans aka PokeMC Sapphire once again, NPC does an incredible job painting you vivid landscapes with sounds, invoking stark and surprising mental imagery. from entering a mini boss battle, to promises of something better in dark times, to wandering around abandoned cities of a once dystopian future. even has a couple classic NPC jams back with a vengeance in case you missed them last time. NPC delights as always, never a dull moment or a track you'll want to skip. fave track subject to change Favorite track: I Mustn't Run Away.

jane Great album! It's a nice mix of chiptune and progressive/electric rock with a melancholic and ambitious tone to it, along with some chill songs. I loved The Great Filter when I found it years ago, and I'm loving the album now that it's finally out. The Great Filter, The Perfect Cast, and The Universe Unraveling are bangers! Favorite track: The Universe, Unraveling.

C10H16 Oh my god. This might be my favorite album from anyone ever. The chaotic and self-destructive nature of the songs sounds SO COOL and lends itself perfectly to the narrative element of the album. It's crazy that music is allowed to sound this good. Favorite track: The Perfect Cast.
